Saturn's Rings v0.0.2 development update

updates in v.0.0.2:

• Added a player explosion.
• Added sounds for retro rockets and player explosion.
• Added new snowballs ("Iceteroids") to annoy you.
• Fixed bugs such as the missing high score tally in the level intermission screen and the ice crust generation for the "G" space station.

Working on graphics for a parallax background, but the current empty void adds to the schematic-like look of the game.
